Reservation and Cancelation Policies
A one night minimum deposit is required to reserve.

• Deposit will be retained if cancellation is not made at least 15 days prior to arrival in high season, and at least 72 hr. prior to arrival in low season.
• To confirm a reservation, make sure you'll receive the confirmation number, after have sent your payment or guarantee of payment.
• All reservations will be honored till 10:00 p.m. of the reserved date, please let us know if you'll arrive after this time.
• If you fail to show up at the Hotel, non-arrival charge of one night will be imposed-nonrefundable at any case.
• All cancellation must be made by letter, fax or e-mail.
• Check in time 3 p.m.
• Check out time 12:00 p.m.
